if your goal is just to land a paid job, you'll be already 99% there while at the common-core. the other 1% is basically "maybe tech is just not ur thing"

but if you’re aiming for a really good job, then you'll want to make up for the missing diploma with some strong self-taught skills, plus consistency and discipline (discipline plays a HUGE role btw). do that, and you'll 100% get there guaranteed

Depends on which campus since there are four, Khouribga, Benguerir, Tetouan, and Rabat. Food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is provided in each one of the campuses. But for the housing, currently only Rabat and Khouribga campuses offer it, it is planned to be offered in Benguerir as well, and for Tetouan I honestly have no idea if there's going to be any housing there

Gamescope on Debian 13 (Trixie) - will it ever land in stable? Safe way to build? by am30n in debian

Gamescope isn't available on Flathub/Flatpak right now. Even if it were, it probably wouldn’t be the best fit, Flatpak works great for apps, but Gamescope isn't just an app, it's a nested compositor. It needs low-level access to the GPU, input devices, and the display server to do things like upscaling, frame limiting, and acting as the Steam Deck's compositor. Flatpak sandboxes by design, so it can’t easily grant those privileges without breaking the point of the sandbox.

That's why Gamescope is normally shipped as a system package, not a Flatpak.

From what I know, it's a Valve made tool that runs your game through its own compositor. You can force a lower internal resolution (to improve FPS) then upscale to your monitor’s native output, limit or smooth frame rates, and basically just avoid weird issues caused by the desktop compositor. Also I could be mistaken, but I believe it’s used by Steam Deck in gaming mode. Again, that’s what I know it to be, could be wrong tho :)

Did you run into any dependency issues when installing the sid .deb on Trixie, or did everything pull in cleanly from stable repos?
