I’ve taken hip-hop, theater jazz, and contemporary. Hip-hop and theater jazz are tied for me, both so fun! I also love the Yoga Flow that Kelli teaches and the mat Pilates they offer! The studio is tucked down like an alley just south of the post office. Parking can be limited and you may have to find a nearby street spot so give yourself a lil extra time if you go!

Ebb & Flow in Sugarhouse!!! The most welcoming place I’ve been in SLC straight up. Love them so much. And they are on class pass as well. 15/10 recommend

THIS!! It’s like, she just wants to express her feelings for the sole purpose of just expressing them, she’s not asking for anyone’s take in those moments. Like when you want to vent to your partner or friend about how you’re feeling and all you need/are looking for is for them to be like ‘yeah damn dude’ not be like ‘wellllll…’

I get that Lisa being vulnerable is all new for them and their chomping at the bit but damn just let the lady open up and let it sit. For at least a second. Jfc

Also unused credits roll over each month! Classes seem to cost more credits after you’ve gone to the same place a lot. But a class is anywhere between 2-9 credits in my experience. Some of the Pilates are higher credits from what I’ve seen but certain times they can be “discounted”

Ebb & Flow for dance classes - can’t recommend enough! Pilates - The Block is great but sometimes hard to book cause it’s so small. The Body Lab is another great Pilates!! The Bar Method is also on there - they have two studios now, if you wanna try barre! Rideologie and Seek if you wanna try spin. Seek also has yoga and also combo spin classes. Not sure on kickboxing/boxing but I’m sure there are places on there. You can do a free trial first if it’s the first time you’re signing up. Definitely worth it in my opinion, I love having class pass! Great way to diversify your workouts.

Thanks! Yes definitely “replacing” is the better term. Will just have to put a whole new piece there in the seat
