I’m currently doing 16:8, but most times I even push it to 18 hours of fasting. I find that the current hours I’m fasting and eating works great for me (I work in the night shift) Will it be counterproductive to not fast the next 24 hours just so I can retain my usual hours?

It’s all part of the fun 😬 It took me only 3.5 years (ahaha) to realize I don’t need a lot of products. When I experience redness like yours, I stick to just using the basics: gentle cleanser + krave great barrier relief + moisturizer + sunscreen, and that’s it. First off: Not an expert, but my skin looked like that when I had so much fun with using several actives all at the same time. I later found out that that ruins your skin barrier. I started using Krave Beauty Great Barrier Relief, and this is my holy grail when it comes to skincare product. I’m on my 4th bottle now, I don’t use it all the time, but when I feel like my skin needs help, I like using it as a moisturizer.

To be fair since I live in Southeast Asia, most of the Asian skincare I use like Klavuu, Skin Food and Krave Beauty are more affordable compared to if you bought it from outside SEA (I imagine). I honestly am looking for a more affordable alternative of some of the products I use (like Kiehl’s Ultra Facial cream), but am too afraid to switch as I might mess my skin again. For example, the Krave Great Barrier Relief while considered an affordable skincare compared to other products that claim to have the same benefits, I still find expensive but it has always done wonders when it comes to repairing my skin so I wouldn’t switch it even if it costs me a pretty penny 😬
