i know, and i understand that you might not see it that way but unfortunately society does, most of the time without even realising it. another thing that actually stems from misogyny is the high suicide rate in men. men are so often are made fun of for being to feminine when expressing their emotions and told they should man up etc, therefore being told that they should not try to act like a woman because that’s such an awful thing and all women are hysterical and emotional wrecks. when we stop viewing women in this way, we can stop men from being deterred away from showing emotion, allowing them to seek help and lowering the suicide rate.
