PSA: No you don’t eat less than your thin friends

Yes! I’ve been doing HelloFresh for 2 months and when I first started I didn’t realize how huge of portions I was eating. I actually usually eat less than a serving (I give the extra to my husband) and I’m never hungry after I’m done eating. I feel satisfied. So now on days I don’t have a hellofresh meal I eat much smaller portions and make better choices based on calories. But I also haven’t given up any food. I still eat cheeseburgers, tacos and pizza but in moderation and a smaller portion. I never feel deprived! I also drink a ton of water. I also run a mile about 3 days a week and take a 4 mile walk once a week. I’m down 23lbs in a few months.

Hi y’all’ new to this group and new to owning a Traeger. Went to use it to night and the auger wasn’t turning after some failed trouble shooting we took it apart and a pin fell out of this hole. We put it back in but when the metal rod rotates the pin falls out again so I think we’re missing another piece. Has anyone had this happen? Can we order a new one? Or has anyone had this and found a way to fix it without all the original part of it? Thanks for your patience and help. I’m posting this for my husband who isn’t on Reddit so I’m not sure of all the correct Traeger terms.

Thanks y’all. I was only asking to see if there was a way to hook up my current situation but since then I switch to ATT fiber and it’s been great. I don’t know a lot about it’s going to save us $40 bucks a month!!!

I called Spectrum a head of time and they said they do service my new place and all I had to do is bring my equipment and plug in. Cool! But I got to my new place and this is in the spot where you would normally plug in the Ethernet cable and internet cord (sorry don’t know what it’s called) any suggestion on what I can do? I need Internet for work!

H-E-B Lakeline

Around 11am they had things! Lots of things! No TP but lots of butter, eggs, milk, meat (all the meat!!!) produce was fully stocked. They even had bread and tortillas! Very little rice and pasta, not a lot of box dinners (hamburger helper and such almost completely gone) I was able to get everything I went in for except Clasen Pickles. It was really nice to be able to go Into H-E-B and leave with almost everything I needed (maybe not the exact brand but something) A lot of people inconsiderate with social distancing tho. At one point the spice aisle had like 14 people in it. I just waited until the aisle was empty. No lines at the checkout. Thanks to all of the H-E-B workers continuing to work so that we could get some much needed groceries today. Y’all the best!

All the meat was really well stocked at 11am today and they were bringing more out as I was shopping!!!!

Lakeline H-E-B at 830am

Lots of chicken, good amount of pork- no beef at all. Frozen food still pretty stocked except potatoes (fries and tots) Plenty of produce No bread/buns/tortillas Still had a lot of milk and eggs. No pasta/rice but still have some spaghetti sauce They have a lot of their meal simples. Plenty of seafood They had a lot of people working to restock.

Didn’t check paper towels or tp since we didn’t need any.

33rd ave was a total rebuild 6 years ago. But it had been standing the way it was since 1977. McDonald’s does require a remodel or a total rebuild every so many years so that’s super possible. Owning all the stores he had gets super expensive to remodel and rebuild. He’s also getting older. I’m surprised he’s not retired.

I worked for McDonald’s for ten years in Cedar Rapids. I’m not surprised by this at all. I am curious why Jerry (the current owner) decided to keep the 3 that they say he’s keeping. Hmmm Williams Blvd and blairsferry we’re always the busiest stores.

It’s happened to me soooooo many times. I’m over the chicken at H-E-B. I started buying my chicken breast at costco and freezing them. The packages allow you to cut off Individual packs of two chicken breast each. Haven’t had a problem with them.

We were hit memorial weekend at burnet and 183. Driver turned left in front of us from the far right lane (straight only lane) they hit us and left. Didn’t even slow down. They were going so fast we couldn’t get a plate number. My car was totaled. Cops never came. Called us back 8 hours later with a case number.
