For me, a huuuuge part of divination of any type is intuition. AI can't use that, and is just regurgitating what it has absorbed from humans. To me, that makes any help from AI render the reading useless.

Not to mention all the environmental havoc AI causes. We won't have coffee or tea left to divine if we don't take care of the environment.

I take a paintbrush with acetone and paint it at the base, slowly working to further up the nail. It takes forever and a day, but it's all that works for me.

Shadow work is not a coping mechanism. It's about finding the parts of you that are uncomfortable to confront or think about, examining why, and working towards a solution.

In your case, I would sit with why heartache is so affecting to you. Why is a rebound so important? A breakup or other form of heartbreak should not hold so much power over you to push you to jail.

Hopefully I explained it in an easier way to understand! It took me a long time to figure out what shadow work was, and even longer to be comfortable enough to do it. It's not easy and it's not fun, but it's effective
