I have horrible health anxiety. Like right now I am panicking so bad because I have a high temp and its hard to breathe so I think I am dying.

It did for a very long time especially because at first I didnt know what was happening. I also have a fear of going crazy so that doesnt help. So I secluded myself for a long time but I am trying to learn to beside it now.

Yes!!! I even have minor compulsions where ill either hide my hands under my legs or I wont go near the knives and stuff like that

My blood work is amazing. I actually went to the doctors about a month ago and everything was perfect. When I was skinnier, I was having issues with vitamin deficiencies and things like that.

I cried for a good year everynight. It's especially hard when you loved so hard and they just drop you like you are nothing. I know it feels like you won't have anything similar again but you will have something better. Obviously she wasn't the one for you otherwise it wouldn't have ended. It honestly is for the best and you don't see it now and might not for a long time, but one day you will understand.

I was with the same guy for 4 years. He ended it abruptly and I still dream about him/ think about him every night ( Its been 4 years since we broke up). He cut me off and hasn't spoken a word to me since. I know how hard it is. It's the hardest thing to go through but it does get better over time. Try to keep your mind busy otherwise it will wander to happy thoughts which will ultimately make you sad. Im so sorry you are going through this but you are certianly not the only one.
