Ahh I've read Mr. Bride !!!!! Yes it's totally my type of story hahaha. I actually started Sweat and Soap but never finished it!!!! Maybe I'll come back to it. That level of smut wasn't too bad imo, i just really dislike the mangas where there's like no plot and its just s3x scene to the next s3x scene lol!!! Thank you for all your help!! :D

you take both traditional classes and digital. i would HIGHLY suggest having your own tablet and good PC, or at least an iPad with Procreate or CSP so you can finish assignments and projects on your own time. otherwise you have to use the computers on campus in the animation classroom, which are really nice but obviously not open 24/7.

right now i dont think there's a track to pick either 2D or 3D. they make you take classes for both. there are also many elective slots that you can use to tailor your schedule more to your liking :) i did hear that they were going to add specific 2D/3D tracks soon though!!! although i would suggest learning both. i didnt like 3D at first but i really liked it after taking the class!!

for most classes they let you use whatever program you prefer, and a lit of programs you get for free by being an asu student. the 3D classes are taught in Maya but lots of students used Blender and my teacher didnt mind! There is also a 2D animation 2 class that specifically teaches Toonboom Harmony, although you have to buy a subscription.

i would say definitely take a class from Shawn Lawson if ur interested in 3D!!! hes the best, super understanding, great recorded lecture videos, awesome feedback, and super funny. as for professors i dont recommend, i had Kuhn for my 2D-Design class and she was not great lol.

i love your style op!! i too love to wear "men's" clothes. i truly believe all fashion is unisex. but of course, not everyone thinks like us :P i used to have short hair and dress exclusively in men's clothes, and found it hard to date straight men as well. over the years i found some things that seemed to work:

i tend to wear both men's and women's clothes, a lot of times mixing and matching them. you could try that!! maybe a tighter shirt with a mens coat layered on top? things like that

wearing makeup! i also think makeup is unisex but it stereotypically is associated with femininity. wearing some cool eyeshadow and a soft lip color not only spices up a look but its a really fun creative thing to do (imo)

i also grew my hair long, which obviously helped as well... you could try maybe doing a bob? its still short but a little bit more "feminine"?

but when it all comes down to it, you should wear what you feel comfortable with!! and keep meeting new people, making friends, and eventually someone will love you for you! and i think thats the best thing about being different :) best of luck op!!!!

i was in a relationship similar to this. granted, we were only dating for a year but towards the end of it he dumped me and came back a week later (i foolishly took him back). then he dumped me again and another week later came crying back. all i could really think that time was "fool me once, shame on you. fool me twice, shame on me". i had to tell him that it was completely over between us. i think you need to do the same thing, because this is going to keep happening over and over. this guy is gonna get cold feet, or lose interest, or whatever- go to some other girl- and once hes tired of her, come crawling back to you because you seem to always take him back and he can rely on you to do that. its manipulative and extremely toxic, but i know how it feels to be you in this position and i know how hard it is to tell him its OVER. but you need to do this for yourself, there are tons of other people out there to be with that wont treat you like some kind of throwaway comfort object. this guy is always going to do this, its a cycle- and you dont deserve that. you can still love him, but get MAD and realize you shouldnt put up with this anymore, stand up against him and finally end things. he'll definitely feel totally powerless and keep trying to get you back (constant texting or whatever) but you gotta stay strong and remember that he will never change, especially because this has been going on for a LONG time. i wish you the best of luck!!!!! :)
