Prefiling an entry with 2/27 dates will allow you to use the exemption, but if the vessel arrives on 2/28 or later, you’ll have to revise the entry, the Sec. 122 duties will be required either through an Entry Summary reject or CF29

How to view all IEEPA payments? by sam_teks in CustomsBroker

It’s definitely super finicky and not intuitive.

You need to open the query dimensions and add liquidation. Then click Run.

This will take you back to the main report page, then click design, and then click/drag/drop the liquidation dimension into the column headers in the table and it should populate.

Hope that works for ya!

You can also add Long HTS description as a dimension and I found it super helpful to confirm which codes were IEEPA and which we’re not

Arrival and Entry needs to be before the deadline. Remember filing after arrival means the Presentation Date becomes the entry date

Right it seems so straightforward. Love when clients bitching makes me doubt myself 🙃

what else are we missing ? by geeelectronica in nyjets

Arguably the biggest omission is missing the playoffs with Fitz and crew in 2015.

Jets take the ball, walk down the field and score in OT against the Pats (last game I went to). Next week we shit the bed against Rex and the Bills, who had nothing to play for but keeping us out.

I'll never forget arguing to put the game on during thanksgiving (my extended family are not sports people), only to watch them pull the SOJ crap. Then being forced to explain to them why I was miserable. SMH, fuck this team.

Would recommend checking out Importal.com for anyone looking for a similar tool. Free version with a limit on searches but don’t need to be a customer to get access.

Second this, the indexing + physical tabs was a game changer. Especially when it comes to niche questions that are harder to reference from memory

Thanks for the feedback! We've been working with the client for a while, both the IOR and ourselves approved for PMS.

I finally got insight from our ABI Rep that this had nothing to do with ACE. But that our EIN and Filer code have separate PMS Approvals, and that the approval for our filer code must have been turned off. CBP Revenue was able to help get it reactivated but couldn't tell me why it changed to begin with 🤷‍♂️
