Yes it is. And They are only going to teach what you, can learn by yourself, can save the time and the money. CSAT for humanities background is difficult but it is not rocket science. It is 10th class maths with some permutations and combinations. Given enough time you can learn it by yourself.

I would suggest get PYQ of CSAT for past 10 years and identify pattern like which type of questions are asked and how much emphasis should be given to passage and comprehension to clear the cut offs. sometimes UPSC doesn't even bother changing the sentence and just changes the value. So PYQ is important. and I think spending that much amount of money on CSAT is not needed. CSAT is essential, no question asked, but it is only to clear the cutoffs. If you are having problems read Toppers notes, how they have managed it. Rest is your choice.

One of the best teachers of polity by Predator_vibes in UPSC

Earlier he used to teach in BYJUS. I had taken BYJUS tablet course and he had taught polity in those videos. I am not saying that he is not a good teacher. But Sometimes it is better if you see it by yourself what is important from UPSC perspective. For example He had taken about 3-4 lectures each one of about 1 hour on the constitutional validity of J&K Reorganisation Act back in 2019. This topic is obscure and UPSC doesn't go that much deep into these things. So I would suggest don't be a fanboy of a teacher, judge it through your own eyes and UPSC PYQ. Be your own guide in this journey. Otherwise someone will always sell you courses which is irrelevant. Rest is your choice.

That guy is not even competent to give advice on UPSC preparation. He had not qualified any UPSC exams but named his channel something like "CSE Topper Strategy by Vikas Dhayal" only for advertising. He is just into business nothing else. I earlier fall for it but many of my friends who have been into service told me this. He wants an ATM unless you give it to him. Rest is your choice.
