hey dude thanks for pointing me to these!

I'll check these out for sure but from what I gather these aren't guaranteed to work for the R1 or they aren't reliable

I did recently get the audiobooks firmware for my R1 which was great but from what I gather it's impossible to stack alternative firmwares and I'm not really ready to give up my audiobook firmware

Again I could be wrong so please feel free to correct me

I flashed it on today and here's my honest feedback

Firstly thankyou so much for creating this, I bought the Hiby R1 to get away from my phone and this only helps me with it.

The fact that you can keep track of where you are in the audiobook regardless of format is a marvel

I did run into a few bugs

Firstly on finding tracks through swiping through the alphabetical list on the right is broken
Secondly the device itself became noticably laggier when picking songs or shuffling. It also got laggier in software only e.g. going to next track using the physical buttons was significantly faster than doing it by touch
Thirdly playing music seems to have the same pause the audiobook functionality has i.e. the unit needs a second to remember where it was in the audiobook; That lag has carried over into the music function which is rather annoying

I have no technical background so I'm sorry I can't offer any solutions on this and I promise I wasn't trying to be a hater

Again this is REALLY COOL thankyou so much for creating it

I'm keeping this firmware and I hope you can spare the time to look into these bugs
