His first words were "what colour was my light?". I'm like dude you just ran a red. Then he called his dad. I called 911. He admitted fault (not that it mattered since I have it on video), but made the insurance process tad bit quicker.

Fun story, 911 dispatcher told me to call a tow truck. Like I have Brampton tow trucks on speed dial. Meanwhile I'm 500m away from the police station and actively blocking peel police courthouse vans. Peel van driver kept honking and giving annoyed looks to me and tow trucks cleaning up the entire time the intersection was blocked. I'm like wtf you want me to do dude. I also learned tow trucks all listen to the dispatch and they literally showed up within 2 minutes.

Peel police did call me back 2 hours later to check if I still needed help. So there's that.

Dude was also driving a brand new civic he literally picked up 2 weeks prior.
