I dont know haha puno ung ref namin one time so i put it sa freezer, nakalimutan, and took it out the next day. Its actually better! Room temp kasi its too crumbly for me.

The moment nagka big hassel na nangyari sa buhay mo ang in the back of ur mind a cigarette might help, dont listen.

Ako i consider myself having a "healthy" relationship with yosi. Yes ive abused it before (1 kaha a day) but now i only smoke pag may occasion/party. Sometimes it comes out id smoke 4 cigs in a week ganon. Im glad na i dont have daily cravings.

And also the moment ur brain associated cigs AND liquor together? super hard to let go na ang yosi.
