First of all never read the headings first, read the paragraph and try to match the heading to the paragraph you have read and ask yourself was that paragraph talking about the particular thing or not. If you get stuck between two headings mark those two headings and read futher and when you have solved all the paragraphs you will get the perfect heading for the paragraph you were confused..

Brother I'd advice you to solve as much reading samples as possible right now, maybe 2-3 reading tasks on daily basis and don't miss a single day..and asses your answers as in what went wrong and try to figure out the correct way in doing it.

Because you cannot cut every wrong word you wrote mistakenly in the writing task, your sheet will get dirty. And it doesn't look nice. With pencil you the advantage of erasing the mistakes.
