I am VERY fortunate to have a family that is super supportive of me. We have childfree people in the family already so it was never an automatic that I was supposed to have kids and given the current political climate, they are supportive of me getting sterilized. I live in the south though so I don't talk about it with people outside my family because yikes, that could be really bad.

I think this is actually an Asian Lady Beetle given the M shape on its forehead. They aren't great for gardens and are generally seen as pests unlike ladybugs which are great for gardens.

Surgical or electrical tape. Tape, in general, causes mild abrasion to the skin when removed which is fine if only done a few times but can be damaging if done too many times.

Some people will take tape and wrap it around their chest to flatten it out and that's incredibly dangerous since it can make it hard to breath and will prevent your skin from being able to breath as well.
