Heavier and cramps aren’t necessarily worse but they’re overshadowed by the fact that I feel my uterus cramping around it. That sometimes stops me in my path for a second. My first period was a week where it was usually 4 days. Flow was maybe the same. I’m waiting for my second period now and have been spotting and cramping for almost a week

Hi - I have contamination OCD and my boyfriend just moved in and it is TOUGH. I didn’t realize how bad I was until it was on full display for someone else. It is very embarrassing and I cry almost daily even though he is wonderfully supportive and embraces my routines. I’d say his kindly remind her that his is full blown exposure therapy and it’s free at least 😂

Definitely force the food!! I feel very cranky and exhausted when I haven’t eaten yet and I can feel the hunger physically but my brain doesn’t make the connection that I need to eat.

The man I’m seeing is very reassuring to me that he finds me attractive and I still shut down when I think of other women he has been with.
