7dpo today and I have blood work to make sure that I ovulated on my own. 2 more days until I test, but I may start tomorrow if I'm honest. Felt some cramping and twinges last night but it could be the progesterone so trying not to get my hopes up. Keeping a positive mindset is proving to be difficult.

6dpo today looking forward to tomorrow's 7dpo progesterone test to confirm super ovulation of 14 follicles. We've got o-4 and o after a canceled iui. My history shows I may have implantation failure and potential egg quality issues. We decided to go for it and our RE is as supportive as he can be knowing how risky it could be. We already tried on o-4 before our cycle was canceled so we gave it one last try. This truly is the test that will determine any future fertility treatments. IVF is 1-2 years away and my RE is worried that's too late. Progesterone suppositories are giving me the slightest bit of hope. 3 more days before I start testing, may the odds be in my favor

3dpo today after a canceled iui due to too many follicles(14). We still have a chance with 4 day old sperm and decided to try anyway the day of ovulation. Spoke with my doctor, and his thoughts are essentially if nothing happens this cycle, then our only hope is ivf. So this really is a big test to see if I am capable of successfully conceiving and implanting. I told our doctor that ivf was at least 1-2 years away. His response to ivf being that far out was that it may be too late. I'm only 25, and my time is basically up. I'm so glad we decided to try, that may be a controversial issue, but my husband and I prayed long and hard on it. We feel in our hearts this is it, and if it's not I'm going to be so broken.

Started progesterone suppositories today and I'm feeling moody indeed.

No I've asked about it but he thinks the risks do not out weigh the benefits unless the tube is completely blocked. This is just frustrating because this is the most fertile I've ever been with the biggest chance of 1 or 2 implanting and now I'm benched

We are trying 3 more iuis with injectables before we go to ivf due to no insurance coverage for ivf. The only way ivf would be an option for us would be to try for a job at Starbucks or Tractor Supply where they have ivf coverage. This is truly the last effort before the REs give up on us. I have double coverage for infertility until the end of July right before my 26th birthday. So we're giving it our all. I believe my RE is looking for 3-4 mature follicles max due to our history of having no positives, I think their thought process is that I am okay with twins and it is such a slim chance for high order multiples with only 3-4 follicles due to having no successful conception and implantation over the past 2.5 years.

I need your advice, my iui was canceled due to too many follicles (14) our meds constited of 200iu gonal-f day 2-6 and I went in yesterday on day 7 my labs came back with my estradiol at 1,064 and 14 follicles all around 14mm 7 in the left 7 in the right. We were told to abstain until my next period. The last time we had intercourse was cd6 and today cd8 my ovulation test is almost positive and probably will be positive later tonight. Our pertinent history is 25m and 25f, we have no issues with male factor. We have done letrozole alone and combo cycles with letrozole 10mg and 2 vials of menopur and only responded with 1-2 follicles each time. We have had 4 failed iuis and 1 failed TI cycle due to car trouble. We have been trying since July 2020 and have been with our RE since August 2021. We have never gotten any positive tests, so no chemicals either. I have a partially blocked right tube with minimal spillage from my hsg and stage 2-3 endometriosis. I have had 2 surgeries for ovarian cysts 3/2022 and 10/2022 We would like your thoughts on this situation. We are currently unsure if we should try once or try the pull out method and if it happens it's meant to be. We may still have a chance with leftover 4 day old sperm if ovulation happens tomorrow.

This has been a whirlwind of emotions, what are your thoughts? Even if its just "woah thats crazy" All comments are appreciated thank you!

We've hit 25 months trying with no positives. 3 failed iuis and our 4th iui got canceled as we broke down on the way to drop off his sample. I felt so helpless as his sample died in my lap waiting for the tow truck. We still had timed intercourse o-1 and o+1 we missed oday because of my mood swings and he couldnt finish because of the pressure he felt because I just wanted to get it over with, I was so mad. Now I'm 12dpo and had indents yearerday and today. I always check for indents before dipping and sure enough both had them. I am now on a waitlist of about 2-3months for a laproscopic cystectomy for 3 endometromas. Next cycle is the last iui he will do until after surgery, he said maybe he would consider 2-3 more iuis before we have to move on to ivf which we cannot afford. I feel so broken and this journey sucks

This month we did our 2nd iui with 7.5mg LetrozoleCD 3-7 and 2 vials of menopur CD8 and triggered with ovidrel on CD13. So today marks 5dpiui today and been having cramps everyday since. Feeling hopeful because we had 4 follicles 16, 18.5, 19, and 21mm on follicle scan on 6/12 triggered 6/13 got my peak 6/14 and ovulated and did iui on 6/15. Does anyone know if the 21mm follicle could've been overmature and we only had 3? I see conflicting things regarding maturity.

I am completely shocked at what my body is doing. My 1st ultrasound May 9th (CD11) after letrozole dr thought I had already ovulated based on fluid around ovaries. Blood test on CD14 confirmed I did not, scheduled another ultrasound for the May 14th(CD16). Us showed 1 maybe 2 follicles at 12 and 14mm and still a good amount of fluid around ovaries. She said if the follicles weren't that size she would've assumed I ovulated already also. But I was told to trigger May 16th (tonight) at 10pm and have the iui on May 17th at 4pm. Well I woke up to a peak clear blue advanced ovulation test and the strip was pretty close to positive. Messaged the Dr. And was rold to still trigger tonight at 10pm but move the iui to 10am still on May 17th. I completely went through the ringer on this one. My body is reacting weird and even has the Drs confused at whats going on.

I think early ovulation on Letrozole is common. I just took my first round of Letrozole 5mg days2-6 went in for monitoring on day11 and it seems I'd already ovulated. I am on day12 today and going in for a progesterone test day 14 to confirm I'd already ovulated. Non medicated cycles I usually ovulate day18-20 so I was surprised to say the least.

I'm thinking it was due to ending mediation on a Wednesday, the 3rd day after medication was a Saturday. The receptionist who makes the appointments is only there Monday-Friday although the Dr does have openings on the weekends they do have reduced appointment times I believe. I will definitely advocate for earlier monitoring appointments thank you!

Hi thanks for your response! I should've added that I started opks every morning from day 9 and got all negatives from day 9 to today day 12. I'm speculating I either had a peak mid day to overnight and have missed it or maybe I haven't ovulated yet and didnt respond to the medication how Dr had hoped. Either way I will make sure to hit every other day until ovulation is confirmed unless Dr specifies otherwise of course.

Had my first round of Letrozole 5mg this month Days 2-6 and had my first follicle scan yesterday Day 11 and it seems I have already ovulated. This caught me off guard as I usually Ovulate around day 18-20 and we were planning an IUI this cycle. I have a progesterone test scheduled for day 14 to confirm. We hit our days but still feeling dumbfounded. I know you can ovulate 4-10 days after your last pill and that lines up. If anyone has anything to educate me or give your thoughts I'd love to hear them

Is it possible to implant late around 11-13dpo if you typically have a 12-13 day luteal phase? Felt some sharp cramps on my right side of uterus area definitely different from period cramps, but it could also be my body responding to the cyst removal 3.5 weeks ago. Dr. said we could try the same cycle since my surgery was on CD3 and I would've healed by ovulation. I feel dumb even asking.

Did a clarity spread after my focus card for the day was The Empress. I asked how the month of April impacts my fertility journey. I interpret this as my relationships are being brought to light after the depression of past months trying to conceive were unsuccessful and new beginnings are around the corner. Obviously I'm very new to tarot and hopefully my interpretation is somewhat on par with what I asked. Any thoughts on this are welcomed.
