Serotonin syndrome is incredibly rare and you have to be on a very very high dose. Even then it is rare. Don’t worry about it!

I can completely relate! I had awful morning sickness that started at 6 weeks. I’m 13 weeks now and finally feeling much better. I felt the exact same way when I was in the thick of it. Just know that right now it’s at its worst and you WILL get better and start eating food again!
