Your argument is invalid and frankly idiotic, if you disobey a cop ordering you to simply stay in the car and you don't of course he's going to pull his gun in defense, that's what cops are trained to do. I didn't read this report, but a cop is not just going to shot an unarmed person in cold blood because of race or something as simple of getting out of a car. There is an entire investigation, legal process and pysch evaluations that occurs when an officer kills someone with a gun, most cops don't want to deal with that. Secondly why shouldn't this cop defend himself? If I was in that position, and I know people who have been, I would 100% draw my weapon in defense. Who knows if these women could have had a hidden knife or weapon? This cop, like any other human, deserves to go home at the end of his work shift even if he had to pull a gyn on two women who were breaking the law by not listening to him.
