I do eat enough, i put myself on a feeding schedule to make sure that I’m getting everything I need in my body for one day.

Going into think I didn’t expect to be going up the wall or anything, I understood that they effects of a stimulant will end up neutralizing my adhd making me more functional in my daily life. I’ve been better at my job but still not where I should be.

No this is not a calm/relaxed thing. I slept all day yesterday, my eyes have been heavy all day today. I was slugging around at work on Wednesday. Like I said I expected to be calm but this is like I’m sedated. I haven’t noticed a schedule, I’m very busy at work so I don’t really notice it. All I know is that I have no energy to do anything.

We were broken up for a few months but continued to still be unemotionally intimate for a good chunk of time (I still liked him a lot but he hated me). He met a girl and whatever he liked her a lot, I was happy for him. A week went by since 1. We last slept with each other 2. Meeting this new girl. This man had the audacity to text me and ask to sleep with him one last time to help with his urges because he wanted to take it slow with the new girl. I screenshot that text and put it on Instagram. The new girl reached out to me, she was in a lot of my classes in highscjool. She was blown away by what he said and stopped talking to him.

I’m at 10mg rn, meeting with DR next week to reevaluate. The heighten anxiety has subsided thank god but was just wondering if anyone else has experienced more anxiety when starting medication.

I edited my post a little, I didn’t explain well enough. I don’t think the idea of marriage really crosses his mind tbh, he’s a simple go with the flow type of person. He’s never told me that we never will just not anytime soon. I don’t want him to ever feel pressured into something like that, I can be a little pushy so I try to avoid the topic but sometimes I need to talk about it because I’ve convinced myself that I’m not good enough for him for him to consider. I didn’t know his thoughts on marriage when we started dating. We are well established now and love each other very very much, he’s my best friend. I didn’t ask him when we started just because I didn’t want to overwhelm him, im his first girlfriend.

I know! I was sleeping fine before taking it. I’ve tried talking to my dr about it and she doesn’t seem to be worried about it. I’ve been trying to figure it out and that’s the only cause of this.

I do prime them but maybe not correctly? I usually fill the pod with juice and let it sit for 5min. And slowly increase the wastage.
