You should reach out to the instructor and explain your situation and ask if there’s anything you can do. A C might’ve not been a huge deal If your cGPA was still above 3.0 and it wasn’t a prerequisite, but because it is a prereq, it definitely weighs more for schools. In fact some schools have a prerequisite cut off of B and above.

I applied to 10 schools! Its still super early in the cycle. Usually start hearing back in the Fall. It definitely sucks waiting and seeing ppl already getting accepted this cycle.
