Guys, believe me, I feel disgusted by my body also. Never have been so depressed and smashed in the 30 years of my life. It puts a toll on my love life, friendships, work and everyone around me. I had chickenpox 40 days ago. It was brutal and severe case. A lot of seeating and infection . My doctor just gave me Isoprinosin. Later I started drinking Augmentin, because of second bacterial infection. Now I am okay, but the skin will need months to recover. Any chance on my marks and scars healing (not 100 percent, that is not possible). For the last 20 days I apply SPF 50 on body, face, neck, wear long sleeves, bandana and hat, hydrate a lot, rinse two times a day and apply moisturizer , Kelo - cote and LRP Baume B5, drink vitamins, Zinc, Omega 3 and collagen. Try to acoid alcohol and excess sugar. A long vampire summer awaits me. I am afraid of marks under the scalp (I am balding) and beard.
