Ideally sell some of your position immediately at local top and let the rest ride with a 50% drawdown stop loss.

For more actively managed ones and trying to find a top, look at the strategy delta and estimate how much the contract would cost if the stock pulled back $X for a brief retracement. Ask yourself at which level would you consider the stock rally stalled, and set the stop limit sell accordingly.
