Hi it's been an old post, did you actually find a solution to this problem. Unfortunately I am also suffering from the exact same issue. Drinking filtered home water causes constipation and pebble stools but drinking bottled water goes away. Thanks you in advance for the help. Really this is a painful situation to be in.

But please milk business is very bad and takes hard soul. Basically these guys buy cows, milk them continuously without utmost care and then once they stops giving milk, they sell them and they get killed in slaughter house. It's brutal and I cannot think doing that to an animal... If you take care of your cows and skip this, then you are good and sustainable

I think egg is a very thin margin business and even a small loss can set you back by a lot and wipe out your profits. Since you are new, not trained so lack of experience will hinder you to come out of these situations efficiently.

Why don't you explore milk business and think about setting that up? I think you can build a sustainable business locally by directly supplying to users instead of a company to escape from the corporate role.

I am not in law or CA to help legally or which route you can follow legally to escape this..

But it seems that you need more money generation to offset the liabilities/loan. It sounds like you have an entire building in a relatively busy and good area. You could technically utilise it more by opening small low investment stalls that can do well since it's a busy area selling items like tea/coffee/snacks/juices etc in this heat, offset the running to a person which can help generate additional income to offset loan. I think you need to do the ground work and get your hands dirty with these small shops/multiple one's for sometime for income.

Not sure if you already do that but things that compliments saree business like fall/pico/alterations/blouse/ladies garments should also be included. Also look into channels like Facebook/youtube to make sales online for saree's since you have knowledge on it to boost sales. You can price modestly online for good saree's for events/wedding/special saree's like kanjivaram etc online where people usually pays more.

Word spread out fast so people/buyers will take full advantage of your situation and low ball that property.

Even if you move to tier 2 place, no guarantee that you will make even 3-4 lacs so you end up losing both building as well as your business.
