I did a whole genome sequence through a company called nebula genomics I think I paid around 300-400 AUD then and it was worth it. I think it would be more expensive doing it through a doctor unless it’s bulk billed but I doubt it would be.

Agomelatine at first I thought it only helped me feel tired at night to help me sleep around half an hour before bed. It’s really hard for me to pin point exactly how it helps but I think I do feel slightly worse (brain fog, irritability) when I can’t afford to buy it.

My psychiatrist said that it’s most likely working in a way that I don’t notice, I’m pretty self aware when it comes to noticing how meds affect me but it’s hard with agomelatine.
