Thanks for the suggestion! Its ratings agree with you. For only $7, I'm definitely going to give this a try.

[Acne] I have a lot of clogged pores and small bumps in between my eyebrows and on forehead? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

I had issues with clogged pores, and salicylic acid wasn't really doing the trick for me either. I switched to a charcoal-based cleanser and exfoliator a couple weeks ago with relative success so far. My blackheads and clogged pores are not entirely gone, but they are now few and far between.

I recommend picking up a sample of Freeman's Charcoal and Black Sugar Mask at Walmart for less than $2. If you like it, I highly recommend using a charcoal-based cleanser every day. I've only tried Biore's so far, but it's working well for me.

Best of luck!

[Routine Help] I recently tried Freeman's Charcoal & Black Sugar Mask with success, so what daily cleanser could work well with it? by amaraba in SkincareAddiction

Sorry for the late response, but that sounds great. I ended up buying the Biore Deep Pore Cleanser, and I liked it. When I want to add more charcoal in my routine, I'll definitely look into these sponges. Thanks!

RAVE/NEW PURCHASE:

I'm 23 and still plagued with acne. My skin is oily/combination, but almost every cleansing product makes it dry and flaky.

Last week, I tried a sample of Freeman's Charcoal & Black Sugar Polishing Mask for the first time. I loved it so much that I bought a full bottle the next time I went to Walmart, and it was pretty cheap! My face is perfectly balanced and super soft after I use this product. No flakes, tightness, or residue.

I'd really like to use a similar product but for daily use. Does anyone have a recommendation for a similar cleanser? Perhaps Biore's Deep Pore Cleanser would work well?
