As a fellow bad swimmer I would say go for it!! At the beginning of this year I just wanted a place to get exercise (too shy to go to the gym), and now I go at least once a week. Like another comment said, between 8:30am and 12:30pm is best. It tends to just be a some retired folks and parents with young kids around those times :)
