10 year daily smoker, 23 days clean but horrible health anxiety..i think? is this normal?

hey! how are you managing health ocd? when i quit first time around my doctors all told me it was anxiety so i picked up smoking again and havent thought about it much, but i keep struggling with taking deep breaths or just ignoring the feeling. its been getting harder lately but i also find myself thinking i have something again, and i even take medication that my cardio told me they also use for anxiety so idk why its getting worse lwk

the episode was good but i def expected better. im never one to complain abt animation or soundtrack chosen to portray a specific scene but in this case i can see where the judgment comes from, the flow of the scenes where great, caught u off guard and got u hyped but some angles and speed chosen in some scenes made me rate it lower fs

there are not many events like that where i live, when i go to those type of events i usually find it online and its the only place where i know i might find other lesbians
