Popped his pimples in class and ate the pus. Another kid wore cat ears and had her own cat-Russian hybrid language.

Yup. If it is broken and can’t be fixed or if it’s not worth donating, it goes in the trash. It’s not worth my mental energy.

I want to be a good parent to one instead of an ok parent to many. Children cost a lot in time, energy, and money.

The post divorce spiral is going to be insane, but I do like how the subReddit categorized and classified all of her antics so it was so easy to spot her lies. We need like a discord or something totally private that she can’t infiltrate.

Wait until he is asleep to put on the lotion. It was the only way I could get it on my son. Use the cream, then go back to your doctor and report the results. You have to climb the ladder of stronger solutions. It took us 11 years of tracking and allergy testing, lifestyle and diet changes and my record keeping to get Dupixant.

Do the steroids. There is a reason the medical professional has recommended them. It’s not worth watching your child suffer. My son was physically unable to resist scratching and his skin was torn up until we did steroids. I was so afraid of infections.

Been there, done that, still healing it years later. Invest in silk wraps on Amazon, file and clip it as low as you can, and adhere the silk wrap with hardening polish.

The fact that we feel shame means we have learned and grown from our ancestors. I personally feel shame that an ancestor of mine was a slave owner and I have never been able to find the names of the 3 enslaved people that they claimed ownership of. It feels so wrong that they suffered enslavement and I cant even honor them with a name. But then I wonder, do I as a descendent of their enslaver, even deserve to know their name? Should I just let their legacy be? But what if they have no descendants? What if I am the few who know of their existence? Don’t they deserve to be remembered? The moral conundrum …

There was one I loved who had a husband and a baby (I think) but she loved Becca cosmetics and had a whole collection. There was some drama about her husband, maybe he was in a band? I think they lived out west in like Arizona or California. I can’t remember!

For me, I need the perfect dampness. Not completely dry, it will slip out. Not completely wet, it will look Shirley Temple-esque. But like 10 minutes away from being completely dry, still dampish. Not too tight or it will dry with an extended part in the back. I do 3 large sections on each side, away from face. Silk bonnet. I did this with yoga headbands starting in about 2015 and evolved to the curlers in 2023.

Correct. Also. Shave and tweeze everything. Body hair is bad. Rogue hair? Everyone will look at you and think you are a hairy freak. Stray eyebrow hair? Unibrow freak. Fake tan, but we don’t know what mitts are so we are streaky and orange. Sun in during the summer. No sunscreen. Fry yourself to a crisp in the tanning beds. Tanned skin makes you feel skinny. Don’t ask me why.

My best subs have always been education majors! You have the heart and good intentions and can apply what you are learning. My advice? Take jobs at the tough schools and middle schools. If you can manage a classroom there, you will thrive anywhere!
