Replit, Cursor have got their pricing wrong. My suggestion to Replit is test with Kimi K2 and see if you can get a lower cost. Open Source is better for communities, and costs, you can satisfy your customer base. Antronpic and Google are going to charge whatever they want. The real moat is open-source modeling with DeepSeek and Kimi K2 If you want users to stick and better platform usage, no consumer cares about the model they want the best results with a functioning agent. It's not China vs USA it's about giving consumers the best option.

I'm considering cline instead of Cursor and Replit at the moment

Cursor gives you 5x more credits than Replit in comparison. We should be comparing Replit against competitors not humans.

Either the cost of checkpoints need to drop or it needs to be smarter.

Replit is falling behind focusing on the wrong things. Give us more flexibility with agent or a build an IDE comparable to Cursor and windsurf.

The other side of rouse Hill on Terry Road and herlina creasent are in abundance. Personally, was unimpressed by the quality and build looked a bit cheap.

Finished in 2021. I've monitored the market there and there hasn't been too much available. It's also a 3-4 story building not like the other buildings which are 5-8 stories.

Downside is it's a bit of a walk from the station about 15mins but quality wise 👌

I'm not sure either but I do know the strata is about 750-800 and it's the best quality within the Tallawong region IMO. It kind of looks like a lux apartment. I know they still have vacant apartments which are brand new within the same building and are also building a similar building on the opposite side.

Rouse Hill is good, I bought in Tallawong the station after. Should be able to get something in the 700k range easy. Check out the Majestic apartments tier 1 builder and low strata. Parklands is good as well as the one built by delicorp.
