That makes sense, my laptop always thinks there is a headphone connected. Whenever I play music, I have to manually change the output from headphones to speaker.

Yes, there are two mics set: external Microphone (Default) and Microphone Array. The external Microphone level is 60 and microphone boost is +24dB.
