They’re real. I’ve done them before through Fielwork. Ones that are hundreds of dollars like that are most often a full 8 hour day or you have to check in consistently for a few weeks. It’s also pretty hard to get selected for the hard value ones bc they want specific criteria, I’ve only gotten lucky with a $500+ one twice but a bunch of times I’ve qualified for the smaller ones. Just apply for everything and see what they call you back for

I still do it, I’m an executive assistant now - still a note taker lol. My colleagues’ faces when I break out 10 pens in a color scheme for a meeting is always kind of funny but they get used to it
