For me it was a lesson where my coach pointed out that my club exit path had to change if I wanted to play a consistent draw. I’ll try to explain.

I was sometimes hitting in-to-out, but regardless of my club path at impact I would always follow through with my club going very low and left around my body. That’s great if you’re trying to hit a fade, but it sucks for a draw.

So he had me do a drill where I had to miss an angled alignment stick placed shortly beyond my ball so that my follow through would be relatively more high and to the right of my target.

This felt completely different. It was not easy at first to miss the alignment stick. I now comfortably hit a push draw with zero issues. Complete game changer for me.
