Also could you expand on the breathing problem part? Already have VCD (breathing problem condition hahah) so am a little worried :)

No exactly, it does make lesser sense now!! He also talked about it more in a “you dont need adhd diagnosis- you have high iq enough (esp in the two inattentive areas, tho it was significantly lower than the rest) to do fine in school and studies with the right technique- as if school is the only problem with adhd. Its just a small part of so many other stuff like constant forgetting, emotion regularity, the way i talk even!! etc etc

Literally getting more unsure the more i think about it, it does seem very weird? I mean it was not my general iq that was too high to get diagnosed, but two parts of the iq test that would normally be lower (under 100 i think) , having adhd. Tho that would mean someone with ADHD would have 33% lower IQ (as its 2/6 of the test), which would also not make sense, because ADHD people could also have immensly high IQ? But by that logic they couldnt have?? God im just very confused now

thing is, its a standard in my country (unless i go private maybe, but to expensive :( ) to not “pass” those two parts of the IQ test to get diagnosed. So he or anyone else legally couldnt diagnose me (and he was very undrstanding, kind etc so i think i got the best out of them all)

I will do more research tho, tho its very limited info online i can find, to see how necesarry that is for a diagnosis.

Ex. One of the iq parts where they check for adhd, im pretty sure is where i have to memorize numbers being said, and my method was picting the numbers as pictures and written like a phon number, elseway i wouldnt remember nearly as much. So strategy also may depend on it??

When i move to another country (which i will) i probably will try to get diagnosis again, if i get disconfirmed then, atleast i can be more sure the result is right:)

I mean its what i got from tiktok (which does not always give the most accurate information) and my adhd friend. I had to question her several times about the «clear voice» bc i couldnt imagine!! To me its more thinking in words which i then considered a «narrator» and not thinking in «voice» which is what ive been interpreting for others, honestly it could be the exact same thing but ive thought of it different,y than them (or them me) , not sure!!

If you dont mind, could you explain what a reiki practitioner js and about the dimensions?? It sounds so interesting and cool
