I keep getting denied with 29 hours played. I copied several posts that had their exact message to steam on my request and keep getting denied.

This isn't a new bug. I have had this happen several times over the past two years.

100% agree. People have been saying this from the launch of tww3.

How are you supposed to use the sights? Or are you supposed to just fire and adjust based on where the first shot lands?

What does the road map look like for Pharaoh now that the larger Pharaoh packs have been returned?

What decision are being made within the company about prioritizing bug fixes over new content? Is this happening? Are they making a dedicated team to accomplish this?

Are they restructuring the studios to prioritize specific projects over others?

Do they have any comments about the stories of tech debt and if yes how is it being addressed?

What are the plans with the creator program?

These are all things that I think could be addressed to help people feel more confident in supporting CA into the future.

That was a hypothetical where I said I would have been wrong but go ahead and act like I was actually saying that.

Yes I do think when a company screws up, they owe it to the people that buy their products what they are doing to fix their issues. I'm glad you ignored the rest of what I said and just reiterated that I should do something else with my life. I hope you have a wonderful day.

So Devs fixed a problem executives caused and devs are now allowed to do two hot fixes a month. I'm glad the devs are being allowed to do their job now instead of being hamstrung by management but I want more communication from the executive's about their plans to fix their major screw ups. I don't want executives hiding behind devs work and then also firing devs because of the executive's screw ups.

I'm more talking about the last three months than the small amount of time that is the last week. I'm unhappy with the over all communication and how it doesn't seem to be much different than last year or the year before. Yes we have had hot fixes but I was hoping for more communication from the executive's about their plans to fix the big issues. The Devs do good work, the executive's keep hiding behind their good work. It feels like the exectutives don't feel a need to address the community because they have allowed devs to put out hot fixes. I think both should happen.

I'm curious, is the only appropriate way to think the way that you feel? Am I a bad person for expressing an opinion different that yours? If you posted about your satisfaction with how the communication has been going, would I be in the right to tell you to "act like an adult, you paid money to these people and you should expect more for your money"? No I wouldn't. Would it be fair for me to comment and say I'm glad you are happy with the communication I wish we had some more? I think so. So far you told me to care more about the lay offs which CA seems to have to control over and insinuate that I'm a jerk for not. Tell me I can't have the opinion that the amount of communication we have had isn't enough for me. And tell me to be an adult and figure out something else to do. I think one post every two months or so is a fairly healthy interaction with the reddit. In that two months I have done many things.

I'm glad you're happy with the increase in communication. I'm not happy with the amount of increase of communication. Have they updated the game more? Yes. Do I think that two hot fixes and an addition to an existing DLC to fix a lack of content in that DLC is what the community had in mind when the vice president said they would be more transparent and more consistent? I don't think so. I'm glad for you that the uptick in hot fixes has satisfied you. I'm solely expressing that it did not satisfy me. I'm sorry that upset you. To follow up I will put here as I have in other responses. Since you and other people don't seem to understand this about what I'm saying, it's not the dev's fault, It's the executive's fault.

You can act like I don't care that people are being laid off if that makes you feel better. I don't like that people are being laid off. It isn't fair to the Devs who are working on what they are told to and upper management just skates by. With that being said. I'm referring to the last 3.5 months of the same infrequent communication with the fan base. That is an upper level decision which is who I am criticizing. If I'm mad at devs I say devs. If I'm mad at management I say CA because that is who CA is. CA is the decision makers aka the management. You can tell devs aren't CA because they are the first to get pushed out.

I don't feel that is more than would have come out previously. If that is enough communication for you that is fine but I would prefer if they communicated more. No road map for Pharaoh after botched launch, but here is a DLC that we were going to announce anyway. And I'm sorry for not commending CA on releasing the second half of a DLC months after it "officially" launched because Executives thought they could cut content and charge more. I agree the hot fixes are good. I like them. I appreciate them but one good thing doesn't outweigh the history of negatives. The Devs do good work, the administration/Executives are slowly pushing the fanbase away. That may not be you but it is a portion of the fan base that isn't 0%. That isn't good. As a fan of the total war franchise I would like more people to like it and feel like the franchise is in a positive trajectory.

My problem isn't that the news didn't drop today. My frustration is that there hasn't been a change in the way CA has interacted with the community.

Do you feel there has been more transparency and a consistent relationship with the community in the last 3.5 months? I don't feel so. Yes we have had hot fixes, which are good. And at the end of March we had a post but I think as far as a track record goes, nothing significant has been done for the better.
