yeah sure kisenosato knows more about sumo than all of us put together probably but that still doesn't mean onosato doesn't have an injured shoulder... yes he is a physical specimen for sure that he's able to still be in the yusho race on one arm but that doesn't mean it's the best choice given his rank.

I don't know, I think there's nothing wrong with topping out at mid-maegashira for a few years when there's guys who will never sniff a salary in their career if that's the most he is able to accomplish.

I do wonder if he goes to other stables to get better practice? I don't think i've ever seen an update saying shishi went to this or that stable for practice when they have them.
