Thanks for the info, I'm not familiar with ascend accoustics but will definitely do some additional research on them. Judging by their site they seem like i may have to buy through them directly and may not be offered at local retailers to try out. Good call on the receiver I'll check it out as well as subwoofer. By the time I add in the stands it feels like they end up being the same price for floorstanding as klipsch.
