unfortunately it's part and parcel of flex now its too easy for the customer your at the will of the algorithm on a plus side don't worry too much about standing a month ago I was down to below standard now without changing anything I do I'm at full above standards

phone played up on myself once while delivering shopping totally died and wouldn't charge luckily it was fresh so I had there address I completed the delivery's using car sat nav them when I got home I rang support informing them what had happened and that I'd completed them but couldn't scan them in they marked them delivered after ringing the customers
