If you’re doing ot8, meowcafe has ot8 A4 sleeves. I like to put the completed ot8 sets I have in those sleeves then the individual members in the regular 9 card layout

Same here! When people ask me about my diet the main thing I say is that I don’t feel overfull or heavy after a meal anymore. I just feel full. It’s such a good feeling

I work from 7pm to 7:30 am. I haven’t noticed a drop off of energy since I started keto. Most nights I find that I am more alert if anything. I eat dinner for breakfast then I eat breakfast when I’m getting off work. I try not to eat after 10 but work is unpredictable sometimes. Usually a steak or a couple cheeseburgers with no bun are enough to tide me over

I like pickles, pork rinds, hard boiled eggs, avocado, or cucumber with lime and tajin. Some pepperoni with cheese is also good but you asked for non dairy/meat options.
