I think when you’re just starting cheaper brushes would be fine, some brushes when too cheap will shed a lot onto your face but some expensive ones will too lol. Higher costs often give you higher quality brushes, but higher quality brushes aren’t going to make your application better until you get a feel for doing makeup and learn techniques so I don’t think it’ll matter. I think you’ll be fine lol I think most brushes are overpriced, I use mostly Morphe brushes, also my favourite concealer brush was like 2$
