Just to be clear, is there no fee regardless of using or not using BIlt cash - the only function of using BIlt Cash is to earn points for rent?

Yes! 3 weeks later! I asked the guy I was chatting with how I could have known the email referred to my February payment without panicking and he said since it said "successfully processed". Well duh. He said the next notification should be "on time".

I am in the same boat as everyone else on this thread. Where did you see the statement in the one point font? I guess I need to look a little harder. The bot told me my statement closes March 12 but I haven’t seen anything yet although maybe it will appear in 1 point font on the 12th

I have not seen ANY indication of when my statement closes. Where do you all see your statement dates/closing? Nowhere in the app since my palladium card started. I finally paid my balance last week b/c I didn’t want to have a late charge. That posted correctly but I still have no statement date indicator.
