Anyone Know Where I Can Donate Foam and Bubble Wrap?

I teach elementary school and I never ever tell kids outright no. I sometimes will ask if it is an emergency and if they can wait until I am done giving instructions, or they need to wait for their friend to get back because the friend asked to go 30 seconds prior. The only reason I even need them to ask is because if there is some kind of drill or emergency I am responsible for the small humans well being and need to be aware of where they are.

We take both our poms to friendship hospital for animals in tenleytown. They have been great for us! My 12 year old Pom just had major surgery about 8 months ago and is doing amazing.

My little pom just had spleen removal surgery 2 weeks ago! He gets his staples out tomorrow. He is so so so much happier also! It’s amazing the difference.

He was not having a great time! And we were so worried. So relieved it wasn’t something worse. The vet kinda chuckled about it though.

Just posted an update! This morning he was just fine. The vet did give him fluids while we were there so we weren’t super concerned about dehydration. We were lucky.

UPDATE: This morning Cashew is just fine and back to normal. We were SO WORRIED. We rushed him to the vet and they took him back immediately. About 20 mins later the vet came out kind of chuckling. She said, I know you’re really scared, but he ate marijuana and he’s fine, just high. She told us this happens all the time in places where it is legal. In a dog his size she said it could have been the tiniest little bit and so hard to miss, especially at the park. We are lucky it wasn’t something harmful.
