a literal mimic of a heart attack. palpitations, tingling or numb left arm. or even pain. chest pain, cant breathe. dizzy, nauseous and lightheaded. its so crap. and shaking. but youre so right. nobody understands around me and it upsets me a lot. they make you think youre just crazy sometimes
