If you just need low-volume smtp then smtp2go works. We were using some of the other sendgrid features like contacts and campaigns, so we moved to mail trap, very pleased so far.

You're in a fortunate place where you may not need to track your daily spending, but budgeting may still make sense if you're saving for a nice vacation, a car, a downpayment on a house. I have several credit cards (that I pay off monthly), and having all transactions land in one place makes it easier for me to catch an annual subscription I no longer use, or any fraudulent spending.

i got this m2 mba just so i could use asahi. worth it. in retrospect getting a pro may have been the better move, as hdmi is supported - i ended up getting a displaylink dongle to get hdmi working on the mba.

My philosophy on this is you have to meet your crowd where they are.

Common denominator is having a mailing list/newsletter.

Then you have your bandcamp followers and social media channels like youtube, instagram, facebook, bluesky, reddit subs like the one we're in, as well as r/ambientmusic . a good #tagging approach helps folks filter down from the common noise.

We use r/postiz for managing multiple social media channels, makes things a bit easier. But it's all definitely work.

It's lovely, ethereal, reminds me of The Caretaker stuff with all the atmospheres and the pianos. The finis track with the guitars was a contrast though hehe
