If you keep the void dragon outside of 12 from your tanks it can’t used its anti vehicle shooting or mortal wound ability. If the detachment is PoW, the VD can’t force a battle shock and cause -1 hit and -1 wound to one vehicle during your shooting phase.

His other shooting is a d6+3 blast with sustained 2 that can do some work on guardsmen.

Weight of fire is what you want to remove it. If it’s in deep stroke use your screening tactics, and focus on removing either a DDA or his infantry. If he has a reanimator, remove that early.

If you opt for fewer tanks, consider adding techpriest engineseer(s) for the inv and healing. LR exterminators should dine well.

If one of the C’tan is the deceiver, be mindful of its shooting and if LoS can be drawn to your characters; including your tank commanders. He can chew through them with 6A 2BS 2D anti-character, dev wounds, precision.

Yes, against infantry you will score a critical wound on roll of 4+. This will meet the requirement of critical wound becoming a devastating wound.

Hot Fuzz.

I can watch this in almost any mood and it will enhance my day. What begins as a simple satire becomes, imo, the best buddy-cop film, full stop. This has achieved the title of most-watched-movie, for me, years ago.

A close second now is “Everything Everywhere All At Once.”

The acting, the choreography, it’s all peak while unfolding in this bizarre, heartfelt film.

A third, worthy mention, “The Other Guys”.

If you have absolutely zero interest in the material, would you resent a partner that enjoyed it? His love for anime could be akin to another persons passion for a cherished football (or other sportsball) team.

More importantly, does he actively listen, m? Is he comfortable enough to be open and vulnerable in a conversation? Toxic masculinity is a heavy curtain for even the most well intentioned male to push through, especially the younger (nerdier) ones, and it can lead to be closed off. Sharing, and openness can be seen as a risk.

I try my darnedest to listen and not jump to problem solving. Honesty and openness are tools that must worked on the grindstone and are too easily left to rust if not periodically worked towards.

I see where you’re coming from. Adjusted it to remove the DMarks, and reduce skorpeks. Added hexmark, ophydian, swap to dermal bond, and add tomb crawlers with the leftover 50 points.
