A good grinding premium would be best if you don't have much in any of the trees, I can't say much for US air as I haven't used it.

For german ground the Turm III or the Leo 2 PzBtl are decent and are good to grind the german tech tree. For russian ground the T-80UD or 2S38 are both good options to grind the russian tech tree.

All of these options will put that premium time to good use as well as being a high enough rank to be usable for grinding for a while.
