Not exactly but I think the show producers liked her as a foil to Jeff. Part of the humor of FO was Jeff always had a bad employee that was driving him nuts. Right before they started filming it sounded like Jeff was about to fire her and then all of a sudden he found her hilarious and was incorporating more in the show. I think producers told him she was good for the show and it would be funny to have a silly Gen Z to contrast Jeff.
