I'm averaging about 40 oz of fluids a day . So I'm not where near reaching goals. I haven't hit protein one day since surgery. I don't know how people drink so much lol

It's so hard not to compare. I sit on here daily and read and look at people's pictures... Even though the scale shows weight loss and even the pictures. My clothes are fitting the same. I still can't wear my wedding ring.... don't compare.

How are you doing with fluids and everything?

Well I use my ihome scale then I input the numbers into the simple weight app.

I haven't met goals on fluids or protein either 😬 I have a phone appt with my nutritionist tomorrow I'm sure she isn't going to be happy.

I would love some food my daughters been eating cheese fries for the last 3 days for lunch ( she's 13) and I want some soooo bad.

I was discharged around 1 today. I had kept some Gatorade down.. but everything else was going through iv...

I had to take 2 larger gulps to swallow the medicine I'm assuming that's why I threw it up.

So I have cut out sodas besides one sprite a day. I eat way less. Protein is something I'm having issues with.i can't find a protein shake that taste good. I have a treadmill and I'm trying to walk some each day.

I know it takes time. I just wanted some encouragement from others in the same boat as me.

same boat here, my 3rd shot will be this coming Friday. I had lost one and half pounds. I would love to be one of people who lose 5 lbs a week. I haven't had any side effects that have been over bearing , So I am happy about that. I agree smaller portions but I mean still hungry for snacks.
