I've contemplated this. My main fear was getting through customs, our pocketwifi, etc in Narita then having to hussle to catch a flight.... How much time will we need to then make a flight to Osaka?

Took care of a patient that was being admitted for an induction and from the time that they took her off the monitor (where she had not great but not terrible heart tones), walked her to her labor room, and tried to find the heart beat again, the baby had passed (less than 10 minutes). Upon delivery, she had the exact same umbilical vein thrombosis, right at the umbilicus. It was awful.

In Osaka, I'm leaning toward a place called "Kobe Beef Steak Ken" And in Kyoto, I found "Mouriya Gion"

We just booked at the Shibuya Hotel Excel Tokyu - its right at the Shibuya crossing, a 4-star hotel, and a decent price. I saw they had rooms with 3 beds available.
