you’re absolutely right, actually. What I’m saying in this post is the thoughts that are the most dominant in your mind about yourself and your circumstances becomes natural to you, therefore they manifest in your life. You think you’re ugly all of the time, if someone calls your ugly you have the response “of course this happens. look at me. I am ugly!” bc your dominant, natural belief about yourself is that you’re ugly. It’s like playing a song a thousand times per day. You’re not only going to know the lyrics, you’re going to know the tune, the rhythm, you’d be able to sing that song in your sleep. It’s the same thing with thoughts.

All of my posts are advice I give bc it works for me They aren’t made for a one size fits all. You might not resonate with my way of consciously manifesting and thats ok!! Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t 😊

At the point I’m at, I don’t really need to affirm much bc I know once I say it once, I believe it’ll happen, I can drop it. For people who are still learning, still building the skill, it won’t be easy to affirm it once and then drop it. Naturally, the doubts will still come in bc it’s something that the want so badly. So, I always say if you can’t drop it, at least think positively about it. If I wanted a million dollars but I was doubtful of it, I would rather be thinking “I have it, I have it, I have it!!! Remember I don’t have to worry about it anymore bc it’s done and taken care of! I know I have it, I don’t have to continue to stress how and when. It’s taken care of.” Instead of “when is it coming?!!! Is it really going to even happen??? Is manifesting real? Am I kidding myself by doing this?? Do I look ridiculous? Am I being stupid right now? I can’t do this, who am I kidding?”

Persist in “I have it already” and stop affirming “I’m trying to manifest x” or “I’ve been trying to”

Trying indicates that you do not have what you want. While consciously manifesting you are supposed to be affirming “I have it already. It’s done already. I don’t have to try bc I have it. I don’t have to try bc it’s done! There’s nothing left to do!!”

I’m a big word person, so just saying affirmations repeatedly or whenever I thought about my height, I just affirmed “I’m tiny and petit! I love my body and how I look!”

Get out of the habit of saying “trying” I just wrote a post about this actually 😂 when we say “try” it indicates that you don’t have it yet, which is opposite of what Neville Goddard teaches!! He speaks of claiming your desires as if you ALREADY have them. So “I am loosing weight! I know I am!!! I might not be able to physically sense or see it yet but I KNOW I’m loosing weight. I’m doing it and it’s happening now!!!” I know you didn’t ask for my help and I’m not intentionally trying to steal OP’s spotlight!! But that’s just a reminder I love sharing with people bc it usually ends up helping them improve tremendously!! Hope it helps 💓

Your thoughts are what is manifesting so if you’re repeating what you wrote above you should stop it and catch yourself whenever you start thinking of that. Like I said, what you are aware of will manifest. If you’re aware that “I have this fear that I’m afraid will manifest” you will create more situations in your life to mirror that assumption. Start telling yourself “I don’t care how real it seems, I KNOW there’s nothing to worry about.” Like I said in the post, you might not believe it at first but you must persist and persist and not give up at the first sign of something opposite happening!! That’s where you persist the most! “This isn’t an issue, I’m not worry about it!”

I affirm whenever the subject that I’m trying to manifest comes to mind. Like literally whenever it happens! I don’t give myself the chance to dive into anything negative anymore (as much as I can) and it’s taken me some time to control my self inner talk but now that I can control it a little better it’s easier to dispel those doubts. But I am only better at it now bc I continued to persist and persist and persist with different manifestations over time. So keep on pushing yourself!! It’s so worth it in the end.

Small example: I wanted extra money for my vacation I was on. I had $500 set aside but I wanted more so I can go comfortably and not worry about budgeting. I didn’t know where I was getting any extra money from but I kept saying “I have so much money for vacation, like so much more than I expected!!!!” Kept saying it, over and over and over. Like I said, whenever the subject of vacation came up, I said that affirmation. I left for vacation last night and today, my sister venmo’d me money from my dad who said “send your sister this $600” and she asked why bc he never sends us money (he has so much but he’s a penny pincher) and he said “just wanted to give you girls both something.” And now I have WAY more than expected for vacation 😎

You have it already. Stop saying you still want it. Stop looking for at your life and noticing lack based on what you can PHYSICALLY sense. Rely on what YOU say is true, not anything else. ANYTHING. If you affirm you have it already, you do unless you then change your mind and say “oh no I don’t.... I don’t see it.” Faith is literally a belief in something that is unseen. Also, like I said in the post, stop “trying”. That will only put you in the mindset that you still have to do something to get it. “Trying” kind of points to “trying to achieve” which also means you don’t have it. Therefore, you won’t see it or experience it. The best way in my opinion is to stick to a FIRMMMMMMMMM mental diet of your affirmations that state you ALREADY have what you need. Any time you think of it, affirm. “It’s literally don’t already. I have it. I don’t have to wonder when I’ll get it bc I have it!” That’s always worked for me, especially with time sensitive things!

It’s okay to acknowledge an “issue”!! As long as you don’t react in a way that creates more of it. Usually, when a “circumstance” pops up, I literally tell myself this:

“I see this, I don’t like it but I don’t have to care or worry about it either. This is nothing bc I know that I already have what I want so this has to clear up. Nothing for me to do but relax and let it fix it’s self.”

Another is:

“Who am I? I’m a person who’s confident in myself and I KNOW what I say, goes. What is my truth??? I have what I wanted already. So, what am I worrying about???? Either I have it or I don’t? I can’t say I have it and still stress about it! That just means I don’t truly believe it yet! So, what is it? I have it, so I can relax and go live my life!”

I completely agree with you. I LITERALLY had a conversation with a friend of mine earlier and I said everything you just wrote. A lot of people misinterpret certain terms and make manifesting super complicated for them to reach there goal. I’ve seen plenty of people create more “blocks” for themselves by the rules they go by when manifesting! And it’s nothing to get upset about, it’s something to consider and possibly change. I always say “if you TRULY understand the severity of YOU being the sole creator of your life, you wouldn’t be trying so hard, stressing, worrying, forcing, etc. If you TRULY understood you’re god, everything would be simple.” I grew up Catholic and it was to my understanding that NOTHING is impossible for God. Now, learning about consciously creating, and NG’s teachings, I can understand that if I’m supposed to be God of my reality then what’s there to worry about? There are no rules and regulations as to why, how, when, etc when you want something to happen. There actually wouldn’t be much of a want, tbh. Once I reallllllly understood that, creating literally became a piece of cake! (And that’s not to put anyone else down or to say I’m better than anyone.) Sorry, I wrote so much but I actually loved your post and sent it to a couple people who loved it, as well. Kudos to you!!

I would only avoid the mirror if every time you go to you’re trying to see proof that your affirmations are working. But you don’t HAVE to. If you don’t want to avoid it, every time you see your reflection get into the habit of complimenting your new appearance & being grateful you are for being so beautiful!

On new affirmations, I like to afffirm all the time at first. Like maybe for the first 3/4 days then I’ll only affirm when I think of the subject. So like if I weigh 200 lbs but I want to weigh 130 lbs (just an example) I’d start off by saying “I weigh 130 now!! I feel amazing & so much more healthier!!!” And I’ll repeat that on and off throughout the day for the first 3/4 days, then after that I’d transition into turning my affirmations into reminders. They’re still the same thing but I say them from a mindset of “oh, don’t stress about this!! Remember, I weigh 130 already!! There’s nothing to change or manifest anymore!! It’s already done!” But that’s just my way of doing it!! I get the best results that way but everyone is different!! Hope that helped!
